Very early neovasculariation in a single use contact lens wearer. i think this is a significant event and needs to be tackled so that we dont build up problens over the next 20+ or so years that these patients are in contact lenses. The obvious choice here is to refit to a SiH lens and the patient is now moving to Trueye. I'll post an update in about 3 months to see how we get on!
