Name that condition?

A fascinating coneal condition. Do you know what it is? Look carefully at the photo - there is corneal scarring on both nasal and temporal sides with more neovascular activity on the nasal side. Peer a bit closely and the scarring extends almost to the central cornea infront of the pupil with a little iron deposition. Vision is still good although there is as you might have imagined, signifcant astigmatism. Drop me a note if you recognise it! I'll let you know whether you are correct!
